To the Incompetant Army!

Last night, the region of LUE was wrested away from the control of CnC r0x0rs mt s0x0rs and Cosmo Kramercia by a contingent of 18 people. They had no common region, purpose or breif, but none the less, this group of so called "amateurs" managed the conquest that even the best laid plans often fail to pull off.

To the Incompetent Army!
We didn't do that badly, did we?

Is this going to be a continuing thing? I'd like to do a story if that is the case.

Yeah thats me. I reasoned that it should have something small for posterity. If the org becomes a permanent thing, Ill expand the article, if it fades, well it (the article) can stay as it is.

Now I need to make a puppet called Spoofin

As for The Incompetant Army, I feel that they were defined more by the way they were summoned than either their member role or even my leadership. Is it a tactic I'm likely to use again though? I think so. The Incompetant Army may well become a fixture around NationStates.

Goober says that he wants to join us next time, and I'm sure that cg will join too if she's on at the right time, and Ack might as well if he's not invading anything else at the moment.

I sent you one before I went to dinner, but it looks like you are out of the in-game activity.

To the Incompetenet Army! Hurrah!

Seriously, if you guys ever want me to help you guys with something like that again, let me know. That was a lot of fun. I've never done that before.

I'da been there if I wasn't delegate :P. And if I loose my position or just get tired of it, I'll likely join you in your next run. Spoffin, Qaa, feel free to TM me (again) if you need help, and I'm sure eventually I'll give up being delegate (especially if you guys need some help ... at the time I got your TM/checked the region, you pretty much had the thing in the bag).

Two words as to why I gave up my my delegacy: Proposal List.
Tell me about it.

There's 15 pages of them all the time, so I intend to be very selective indeed in what I approve.

Mind you, we haven't had a conservative Resolution pass since mid-September, so that's something.

EDIT: Oh yes, I put down the names of those who helped and expressed a willingness to help again into a Dossier. So if something comes up in the future and you guys have a UN puppet handy, maybe we will meet up again.

Only 15?

Cog and Steph must be stricter than Enodia, or getting more between them.

Last time that I checked there were about two dozen. And maybe every other week one almost worth its bandwidth.

Ah well, it does have its peaks. I have not been involved in UN business for a while, so the largest number of pages I recall seeing is 19-20, back in the days when we had only 75,000 nations and 27,000 UN members. I imagine the weekly peak would be a bit higher now.

Highest I can ever remember is 26. However, I've seen posts from March-April in the pre-mod days referring to triple-digit proposal lists. *shudders*

I remember in the eighties. I think I remember a day when it was in the 120s too. That was in my day, before there was a search function, mind you.

Tell me about it. It gets harder and harder to convince myself to look at that when I think about proposals, and the times I think about them are few and far between as is.
