Why dont people join together for peace and not war?
Cowes is inclined to concur with Fozafizzle, largely because of the vagueness of the terms of the alliance. Would it only respond when attacked? Would all members be bound to take action?
Cowes refuses to join an alliance that could result in unnecessary deaths, especially those of the Commonwealth of Cowes.
Good luck though. What the world needs is more power hungry, selfish nations whose blurred intent is not preventing war but rather retaliation. We need more of those.

Your Alliance appears to have no real power. Your asking for qualification appears quite unnecessary, as being a fake nation appears to qualify. Furthermore, I find it quite amusing that you think nobody would notice the tiny size, and the obviousness of the puppets. Nice try, but I don't think anyone will be joining.

He is cheating in a way.
Not going against the actual rules, but being deceptive.
It is not an alliance if it is compoed solely of your puppets.
If he has you backing him that makes two nations in the aliance: You and him
Puppets do not count for UN votes, RP forces, or Regional governments (well most regions allow puppets votes in regional elections as long as it is the only nation in the region)
To explain further, I have puppets bigger than your entire alliance. I could say I have a powerful military alliance to join, and describe how its population was several billion, which would lead many to want to join. However, the alliance is powerful only on paper because most people will not allow you to use your puppets in RP wars.
I can see how you would come to that conclusion, however the only puppet state that I have is New Rebeland. The reason for my alliance is to provide a safety net, in commerce, or militant actions for any nation that qualifies.

You are not fooling anybody. Not unless they are friends of yours, which I highly doubt, due to the fact that they are not in the UN, and that I know haow hard it is to get friends to join at the same time.
Most of them are friends, and like me, they are never on. You can ask them why they didn't join the UN yourself.
