It was on an Excel spreadsheet, you pluged in population and percent in military and it spat out the distribution of your forces, havn't seen it for a while, old RPers might remember it. Anyone got a link?
I remember it.
I think I still have it on my computer (not the one I'm on now though).
Do you need/want it? I can get it on Jan. 5th or so.

why not just use the nice in game one? I wil l see if I can dredge up the link.
