My colleagues and i have created a new region based on another forerruner instalation. we have named it the 7th alliance. Anyone who is a fan of the game or is just interested, is welcome to join.

Halo. I am the best at that game with shotguns. Shotguns in Chiron. All time best, yes, indeed. I love the game.

We get the system links and all my friends get together and have a mass shoot out. Then we have teams, and let us just say that I am not a team player.

Actually, a Ring world (based on the book not the game) would be a wonderful idea! The original "Ringworld" concept had the following dimensions:

93,000,000 mi in diameter

1000 mi high walls on each side

300,000,000 times the surface area of earth.

Might I reccomend reading the book "Halo" ripped off of, known as "Ringworld", by Larry Niven.

lol the best halo players are only good teamates when they are worrying about winning. but since they are good, thats not really a worry, it just happens

I am trigger happy and have a nasty little habit of shooting at whatever moves. Least to say, my aim is impecable and those who come near me takes a shotgun blast to the head.

I am great in ghosts and sniping as well, also pistols. I could go on a 15 frag killing spree before someone stops me with those little pistols.

Now, put a plasma rifle or a rocker launcher in my hand and I am terrible.

Once, I took a rocket to the face and lived to tell about it in the game, which is odd because I get so easily taken out with those. If one goes off far away, I always manage to die by them.....so that little incident was a feat for me.

Oh, and my trademark kill is being smashed in the back of the head with whatever weapon I have on me at the time. I am infamous for that.

I own with feul rods, and shotguns....

Capture the Flag is infinitely superior to Slayer. So much more strategy.

I've yet to find someone better than me where I go to school. I've taken on about half the campus at one time or another, and I've always been better. That's not to say I always win though. Usually when me and my friends play, it's like "Alright, teams are Matt and the two kids that have never played before versus the rest of us" and I get my ass kicked.

I prefer the pistol, obviously, but I also love to use the sniper rifle, shotgun, plasma rifle, or rocket launcher. I am a master with the rockets. I can nail a moving ghost from across Sidewinder.

I can kill anything from anywhere on any board in HALO! So all you shotgunners, hand-gun carrying, missile lauching, tank driving, warthog flipping rock throwers can just lay down on the ground when you see me coming.

Come to think of it, you won't see me coming (LOL!)

I would beat anyone on this whole forum at Halo.

Too bad we could not have a Halo competition. I would really like to see someone whoop my ass with shotguns, because I have not been beat yet. I eradicate everyone in Chiron.

We customize out games. We have YOU DIE, which is nothing but shotguns and no radars. I hate those, it is so much more fun not knowing who is who and where they are. We also have TROGAN WARS, which is rockets and no radars. They are so much fun. There is also PENIS WARS (my friend made it), it is unlimited plasma grenades and I believe the game is Odd Ball. That is fun as well.

I am babbling. Sorry, but I love the game.

im starting to see a patern. There seems to be one champion class at evry school. i had the fortune of being mine. Does anyone know anything about halo tournaments or a public meeting place for fans?

I am pretty good, I am a good teamplayer too, which is probably the most important aspect of the game. I enjoy supporting comrades by giving them a lift into battle or covering them as they move up.

I rock at HALO! I'm a true artist with a sniper rifle. My nations based on the game. :D

My best weapon in Halo is-hands down-the assult rifle. I just walk into a room, pump some people full of lead, and run away. I usally act as a support trooper, and go in with people who have rocket launchers and such, and also act as a target. I also am very skilled with the sniper rifle, and i like the shotgun too.

Conclusion:Halo.....Is......Awsome......

I like to run around with an Assault rifle blazin'. I run up to someone shootin' them full of bullets, and when I'm close enough I smack 'em. My favorite sidearm is the pistol. Powerful little thing.

Damn you....damn you all. Now, I am in the mood to play Halo.

Tip for future gaming:

In the level Damnatation, stay right in the area where you pick up the shotguns and patrol that area. From there, it is the easiest place to iniatiate attacks, and from there you have a scope or an idea where others are.

If you are good at the game, then if you stay there you will win the game in no time, unless the person you are playing with stands in one place.

One thing that my friends and I made up...
The big long Blood Gulch map. Two players get in Warthogs and play bumper cars. The two other players wait, and when the cars hit, if it flips and a player falls out, the two guys on foot go at him. If he gets back in the truck he's off limits again, and if he's killed, whoever scored the kill takes his place in the truck. That's also fun with just rockets.

Sometimes the Warthogs get a nice hit, and one will shoot up into the air and flip all around. Good times.

The best thing to do is to shoot a rocket before someone hops in the Warthog, thus cuasing it to flip onto the other person killing them.

Although, you do not get credit, it is one of the most humerous ways to die.

Also, anyone know what is said when you die a certain way.....it mentions something about guardians. I have yet to pick up what was said.

I like to use rockets to shoot Warthogs into people. I'll hide with a warthog between me and someone who's running to it, and when they get close I fire...flies right into 'em. Or it flips over them and they come kill me.... :(

You are invisible until you get a hold of the skull then you become visible while trying to hide from all of your invisible buddies with unlimited plasma grenades!!!

OOC: Interesting, tho the Dominion of Kanuckistan is already secretly building a Fortress World similar to the forerunner 'HALO' instalations in form, if not function. It meshes well with our design phylosiphy, and will be requiored for a future IC event I'm planning.

April 2004 I believe. You guys should check out the HALO books, they are quite good.

I'm pretty much good with everything the best player everyep that's me and on teams lets just say that if they stuff up then they usually dont like me. :twisted:
My favourite combo is sniper rifle and assault/plasma rifle.

Nope best weapons for close up fighting is the Plasma Granade and Rocket Launchers...you can never fight against one of those at all...lol specially on your lower regions...


Another Question has anyone else ever thrown a Plasma Granade off of them when it got stuck to them???

Hey, since there are so many HALO fans here, I can ask everyone a question. What game do you think I should pick to buy for my iBook, HALO or Raven Shield? Just a game to spend time on while I'm not working... please give good reasons and try not to take too much of a partial approach?

Halo would be best since you like it so much and it is the best game in the world!!!

Alright, if you can not play Halo multiplayer, then I do not recommend it at all. To get the full effect of Halo, one must play multiplayer. Trust me, that is what makes the game so great.

I bet all the people who talk about the game sucking have only played the game single player. It is the best when you are playing with four or more people.

Second, Halo is more a sport for us. We have avid competitions.

Yes, a plasma grenade to the croutch sucks really bad. I know, I have had it done to me and have done it to others. My forte is definately not rocket launchers because I have the worst of luck with them.

I am best at snipers, pistols, and shotguns. I am the Master of Shotguns. Unless you shoot me in the foot, then you will take my out easy.

My gun of choice is the sniper rifle, get me at blood gulch or boarding action and I'll certainly kill you. I haven't lost at those places yet, of course I don't play halo online as much as some people.

Well, I would most likely annhilate all who challenged me in Chiron with my shotgun, or even Rat Race with mostly any weapon. However, I do not play online. Not as much fun as sitting right next to your opponent and glaring them in the eyes when you betray them.

Yeah I know what your saying, because me and my partner are playing teams, then when we get over to the enemy he decides to turn around and blow me up with a grenade or rocket launcher, I guess he would rather commit suicide then win.

Usually they can't find me until I'm right next to them, plus theres not a whole lot of people around here that can play halo that well, let alone a video game.

Yes, well Infernus the game does become quite interesting when you have to watch your back from me. It builds up your aiming skills and reflexes.

Yes, even I know the cold betrayal of a teammate, when you mistake me for others or just randomly fire with your short attention span.

Also, the key to Chiron is staying in the room in which you obtain the sheilds because theortically it is the most entered room and if your aim is really good then you have the vantage point there. If you move from that room, then you lose your vantage point.

Also, there are two walls you must stand against in that room to hold it with an iron fist. If you move from one wall to the other, then you practically hold the entire game in your hands.

The rocket launcher is on the ledge of the portal right outside of that infamous room I am talking about, and the shotguns are on the upper level of Chiron.

It is sad, when you know where it all is.

It's not sad it just says that your really good. I do hold that room down but when three others are coming at you it's kinda hard.

Never go into a portal backwards your partner may not remember the face!!!

I'm pretty good. But it takes teamwork to take the flag in an 8v8 game. And I'm usually on the team full of lone wolves. In game voice support would make the game a lot better. As well as better sounds. IE I can be run over without hearing the engine of the warthog until it's right over me.

Overall I'm pretty good, Shotgun/Pistol/4frag grens is my favorite items. As well as the Overshield. I'm okay at close engagments. But quite good at hiding in avaiable underbrush. After player Operation Flashpoint for over two years, it gives you a much better grasp on warfare and how to conduct your actions in given areas.

I can dogfight in a bansee like crazy, I win over three quarters of the time :D (Actually I'm pretty lucky, I land a lof of those big plasma/fuel rod thingies that you can fire from the banshee)

Halo is a great game, but some aspects could be greatly improved. IE I hate the fact that you can use a rocket lancher, and have it explode five feet from you on your target but you wont be hurt. Or the rediculously slow travel speed of the rockets.

Well, I think that it adds to the game, for the mere fact (although perhaps not realistic) it is quite entertaining, as well as slightly annoying. I manage to hit someone dead on with a rocket, they live and I die. What the hell is that about?

Also, I took a rocket to the face and survived. What? Come on, seriously, if anyone took a rocket to the face, they would never live to talk about it.

However, I think it adds to the game. It is the best game. It is a great way to interact with others as well as to improve one's reflexes.
