Region Nabbing is the despicable practice of watching a region which recently had its founder die be evacuated, and then refounding it ahead of the founder. I call these people region vultures. But perhaps I'm being to kind.

At least vutures have some benefit in the scheme of things.

...and what does "kinda-sorta-not-bad-but-not-good-at-DDR" mean to you, exactly? That you have trouble passing Marvelous-level (5-foot) songs? Or that you have trouble AA-ing Catastrpohic-level (9-foot) songs? :P

Modcon 2004(or 5... or maybe 6...) is a mod party we've half-seriously talked about having before- gathering all the mods in one place with good food, good movies/video games/etc, and quite likely a high concentration of booze :lol:

I'd really like it if each of the mods would copy their relevant Database post and repost it in The Basenji's All about Moderators, Plus How to Become One (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=102087) topic. Since it's already a locked topic, each could unlock it, post a single reply, and then relock it. I'm assuming that every variant of Mod has Forum Lock capabilities ...

There's a lot of fun information here, but it's a pain to dig through a mult-page topic full of off-topic discussion. A single source would be nice.

IIRC, the mods declared the identity of the mod that DEATed Marathon to be secret at the time. The ruling on the deletion was signed by five or six mods.

Goober, they did, I remember distinctly that they did. Every mod on at the time signed it, including, IIRC, Salusa.
I remember that ditinctly, because the back-to-back deletions of Marathon and Philendrea convinced me that I would be wise to find better uses for my time than flaming, trolling, and spamming in the General forum.
