OOC: I don't know the sides, and for me, this is an alternate timeline.... So...

Pope Innocent XVI paced around his chamber. He was worried, and very worried. If we don't take action in this war, we may be swallowed whole. He walked over to the wall and pressed the call button and waited for his aide to arrive. Bishop Benedict came into the room almost immediately.
"What is it you ask of me father?"
"Give the order for mobilization, my son. We must take action, and expand God's kingdom."
The Bishop looked puzzled, yet carried out what the Pope had told him without any more contradictory thoughts.
As silently as possible the HPS Leo the Great and the HPS Blessed John made their way out of Genoa. They sailed towards Marseillies(sp?), yet kept their distance.
65,000 infantrymen gathered on the Swiss border. They were building up supplies and preparing for their new millitary campagin. They would win, for the Pope, for God, and for God's glory. God was on their side and only God would have mercy on their enemies.

OOC: I only control the Med. Coast of France (Major cities I control there include Toulouse, Montpelier, Nimes and Rodez) with the exception of Toulon and Nice, so there is a rather large opening for you to cross into France if you control the Northern section of the Franco-Spanish Border, if you get control of the parts of Spain you want there is a huge corridor into France via Bayonne and Bordeaux and into the heart of France, both cities I don't control.

Yeah, I was thinking about going into Germany and Austria after Switzerland.

OOC: ADK, you might want to check through all of the threads to get a careful feel who you want to ally with and who you want to fight against... read all these (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=2059184#2059184) when you have time.
Tahar Joblissan politicians condemn this unprovoked attack against the neutral Swiss in strong terms, likening it to the very real historical events of Crusaders sacking European towns en route to the "Holy Lands", which they often didn't manage to reach.

You are moving and have moved into areas of our expansion. Leave now, least you conquer territories you cannot defend. If you continue to meddle in our affairs, our non-aggression treaty shall be rendered null and void. Withdraw or be destroyed.

The Holy Papal Fleet set sail, at least all available ships did. They moved towards Sicily and Southern Italy. Their message was clear, get out of our way.
Aircraft went up into the air, patrolling for hostile aircraft.
The XIII corps began occupying the neutral territory on the Italian penisula. They had to close the gap between ADK and their potential enemy.
Reinforcements were deployed along the border, in all 450,000 men were deployed, with 900,000 reserves at the ready and many more that could be called on at anytime.(OOC: Can't remember if we're supposed to be using large numbers of forces or small numbers of forces o.o)
They would be ready for anything that could be thrown at them.

Why would you invade me? i havn't been a threat to your nation

The ADK, they back us quite often on Mars...First order of business, TAG!, second, Is this a modern tech war? well...actually my nation uses modern tech. We just live on Mars...but still yeah. Go ADK! w00t!
Is the ADK and such against The Fearful? I need to know who's fighting who before I can form an opinion. Cause I wouldn't mind getting involved somewhat.
