This is a copy-paste from my nation description:

It's just that the syntax seems odd to me.

There's an issue that deals with forced organ harvesting on death, and another issue that deals with allowing people to sell organs. Seems you answered them back to back.

It's really fun when your shirt ninjas are feared, you have bio-engineered super soldiers, and you're conscripting children as young as 12 to be soldiers all at once. Did that once. *nods*
