I recently got "Streaker in Snooker Game Fiasco," which asks me whether or not I want to legalize streaking. However, public nudity is already legal in my nation. Isn't this a bit redundant?
I've had similar things happen in the past; is it possible for issues to be nested, since I could see a no-public-nudity nation needing to clarify specific streaking laws, but not vice-versa. Obviously some issues will be repeated during the life of a long nation, but nested issues don't need to come up at all.
