I've been trying for a few months at 2 issues a day to move my economic freedom rating to anything other than "imploded" with no success. I've made every concession to business possible. If there's an issue that will unjam the thing, then I guess I'm still waiting for it. I'd just like to know if I still have a chance. I've also slashed tax in every issue I know of and cannot lower the income tax rate below 100%.:headbang:

Then your effective tax level, as far as the game mechanics are concerned, must have been FAR above 100%: Keep on trying, and you should get there eventually...

Your nation has been around for a long time and that means that your economy could be spectacularly far beyond merely 'imploded' - just that that's the lowest the indicators go. As St. Edmund says, keep trying and you're likely to see a change eventually.
