Fact of the matter is that every small business and especially farmers suffer extreme hardships from these death taxes. Pretended that they only affect the rich is like pointing to Morgan Freemon and Denzel Washington and saying: "Slavery, what slavery?"

It's rude, obnoxious, and ignorant and whoever wrote that is a moron.


P.S. look up the death taxes throghout the history of England, then also look into the thousands of tax free shelters that large sums of money are placed into to avoid all death taxes. Fact of the matter is that rich families do not actually pay death and similar taxes on their wealth, and nobody in the history of class warfair legistlature have ever addressed it because their own personal money is in the same accounts.

While I agree that the Death tax is … well, awful, you should really know about the purpose of this site!

All of the issues are extreme, and cause extreme effects, and that’s what makes this game work. Sorry if you were offended, but it’s not going to change.

"Death Tax" is Republican propaganda at its finest. Small business owners and farmers do NOT suffer from it. And it is easily avoidable for people of all income levels who think ahead, especially those who involve their heirs in the running of said businesses. More concern is due for the Alternative Minimum Tax, because it is not adjusted for inflation, and the people who pay it today are much further down the economic ladder than the ones it was designed to penalize for tax avoidance.
