Is there any way for nationstates to actually remember what I decide? I get the same issues over and over, and recently I was asked if I wanted to put a toll on roads to relieve congestion...except I distinctly remember privatizing roads a while ago, so the government should have no control over that any more. Or do I just have to suffer, because I'm expecting it to do things that are out of its limits.
