Co-Authorship Inquiry

I have an issue I'd like to create, but my nation doesn't have the population for it. I have a friend who does meet the qualifications and is willing to submit the issue for me, but I'm running into the problem of not knowing what the formatting of the submission page looks like. I know there exists a step-by-step guide here on how to create issues, but trying to format my issue for him to submit using just words as a guide gets rather confusing at times. Would it be either possible or acceptable to add a screenshot of the issue submission page to the issue submission instruction thread for those of us that process better with diagrams in addition to words? I hope this isn't an unreasonable request, and if it is, I apologize ahead of time.

I am also wondering if it's even permissible for a nation not meeting population requirements to co-author an issue with a nation meeting the requirements, or if co-authorship itself is allowed. I've read through the current list of issues, and unless I missed something I didn't see any that were co-authored. Just because it hasn't been done before, however, doesn't mean it cannot be done, so I figured it was safest to ask first.

There's no mechanism for co-authorship. Your best bet would be to simply wait.

Well it was worth a thought. Thanks, Hack.

The issue submission page is just boxes for typing words into. The issue submission thread I wrote gives you all you need; diagrams won't help.

I realize that now that I've had sufficient time to think about it...and sufficient sleep. That'll teach me to try to function at three thirty in the morning. I apologize for wasting your time.
