Governmet type changing

I have an issue with how my government type changes, even though I answer the issues always in the same way. My nation started out as Father kows best state, which summarizes my government style quite well. However, the way issues come, I've been switched back and forth between that and Corrupt dicatorship. Now recently it's become Democratic Socialists. I'm really everything but NOT democratic. Since that new government type will give me a somewhat altered set of issues yet again, I wonder what I'll become next :rolleyes:

Looks like you cracked down on 'economic freedom' and then raised political freedom a notch. That's OK. Many nations bounce between two or 3 gov't types. Free Outer Eugenia is a Civil Rights Lovefest one day and a Leftwing Utopia the next.

The Disputed Territories of Trollgaard vetured between Corrupt Dictatorship, Iron Fist Consumerists, and Father Knows Best state in the early days of existance, but has been a constant Father Knows Best state for the last few weeks.

That's what I'd have expected, jumping at first then stabilizing in the long run. Of course then there is the trouble of issues where the selected choice gives unexpected and unwanted side-effects. I'm seriously unhappy when political freedom is anywhere else than outlawed or unheard of, yet some choice lately bumped it from outlawed to below average...

It really stabilizes once you learn to ignore the issue description and get a good idea of the effects:D
There is also some room for 'creative reading' into your nation descriptions. You can only go so far without being made fun of in the forums though.
