can someone tell me what happens if I give them higher wages and what happens if I relax industrial laws? thanks in advance

If you give them higher wages, they'll have more money. If you relax industrial laws, they'll have fewer rights in the workplace. Stands to reason, really. I said in another post in this forum a couple of days ago that it spoils part of the fun of answering the issues yourself if you ask what the effects will be.
