While choosing the option that would have the following effect in one of the issues "and the Supreme Court vehemently protects civil rights and the right to privacy." my Civil Rights decreased.

I thought that they would increase, not decrease?

No, it's not. Adding a post to a random unrelated sticky is not the correct approach. Starting a new thread is the correct approach.

You are right, sorry - I thought that it 'might' fit there at that time, seeing as it had something like 'report typos here' - needless it is to say, what is done is done, and won't happen again from my part.
