My "Big Brother" issue

My issue is the "Big Brother" thing... I can't figure out wat to put...I DO NOT DO NOT want to barcode them...I want to know their crimes but "Big Brother" was a book where the government would take over and watch us all our whole lives...but the government sorta does that today...What do I do? Should I dismiss the issue? That would leave the Police without funding..Who knows who has done it? I've been here 3 days. Can somebody tell me their outcomes when they made this decision?

...but the government sorta does that today...Any highly oppressive police state. While no actual state does that, it would probably be at home in North Korea.
