Issues?
:headbang: I keep feeling that the issues in nationstates are too american. It's not that I do not like America, yet it seems that it would be much nicer if we actually could pass our own laws and write our own nation description :cool: . It would be a nice break from the reality that in fact I do live in america with all these wierd problems. I wonder if anyone out there shares my opinions. It feels like there is too much american government, the class i happen to hate most surrounding me. :headbang:
Well than when you get to 500 million in population, feel free to write some to try to get them into NationStates. New issues are always fun. Also, being different types of governments does help, as you get different issues based on your government type.

Given that the majority of the issues now in the game were edited and put in by someone from Great Britain, I'm not so sure you have a case for them being too "American". And the first 30 were from an Australian...

I do not see any issue as distinctly American. If you had said "I keep feeling that the issues are too Western," or something like that, then I think you would have a point.
As for writing your own laws, its possible. Just as Havvy as stated, wait until you've reached 500 million.
To end on a lighter note, just admit it. You hate America. What did America ever do to you, huh? :D
