Not really a problem but I would like to know... My tax rate dropped 4% or so because I decided to privatise my prisons in the related issue? The slave labour in prison boosted my economy but I guess decreased my social and political freedom? Thank you in advance.

The tax rate would fall because your government no longer needs to pay to run the prisons.
And yes, slave labour boosts the economy but reduces freedoms.
