Out of laziness I never felt like asking, but when my nation first got to 1 Billion and I put "Holy" in the title, which was quite a while ago, I received the one for the "apocalypse". After all that time though I still haven't even seen the other one. Can you only receive one?

Fairly sure you can get both. I've never got either, for any of my nations. :(
