well i fucked up on a issue, on a tax issue none the less. i made the decision that people could see where their taxes went... this reacked hell on the economy, it went from fair to fragile... which isent good :-/. iv gotten plenty of issues since then, but i havent been able to rise beyond fragile again. have i permanently reacked my economy?
Im wiling to sacrifice some civil rights and Political Freedoms to better the economy, but i am NOT willing to sacrifice Education, and Social Welfare.. any good advice?

No. Give it time, and if you answer enough pro-economy issues you'll get your economy back up. Not all issues affect all your stats, so it's possible the issues you've had won't have done anything to your economy.
