As i'm the only observer that i know of, i am naturally not completely certain of the information´s certainty.. :p
Anyway, it SEEMS the issue about legalizing euthanasia is corrupt perhaps, as i'm pretty sure i answered to allow euthanasia but my description says "euthanasia is illegal".. :(
Anyway, i love the whole feeling and mode of this game - also the pace in wich you have to participate in it!

It's a common thing that software based web accellerators can and do mess up Issue selection in Nationstates. If you don't have a web accellerator well. I don't know. Maybe you meant to legalise it and accidentaly banned it instead. (Which does happen to me on occasion) I dunno.
