Recently, a fairly large number of prisoners convicted to the death penalty has gotten their names cleared, post mortem. Activists have again heated up an old debate.

Yes, one can always argument with the chance of an unfair trial, but the positive effects are so much greater than the negative ones. I say keep the Death Penalty
