I just think there should be an option to have more than 2 issues per day (maybe 5-10?) This way newcomers could define their nation the way they want it earlier on, and it would probably attract more players who want to do more with their nation.

There's plenty of reasons as to why this is including the number of descriptors that fit on your nation, coding, values, etc. but in the end the answer will always be the same to any requests to make it bigger. The answer is no.
