Requirements: Enviroment to be Moderate or below. The below issue can not have choice 3 choosen.
Debate: *Cough, Wheeze* people are complaining about smoking in public places as outright wrong! They say it's bringing them (and there children) to an early death!
Choice:The leader of COUGH (Curtousy of "ur" general health) @@RANDOMNAME@@ says, "Ban smoking from our streets and restraunts! They are polluting our air and people are sick of the second-hand smoke!" He than hands you a poll he started.
Effect:smoking in public places is against the law
Effect: Health[up] Happyness[down] economy[down] moral decency[up(moderate)] civil rights[down] Govt. Power(Up)
Choice:Some random person comes up with a lit but and smokes in COUGH's leader's face. Than he takes it out and says, "No way man! You shouldn't ban smoking from public places! In fact, you should do the opposite! You should force people to smoke it public places! It makes people look more normal!"
Effect:people are forced to smoke when out in public. Cigarette prices jump up 10% each day
Effect:Health[down(alot)] Happyness[down(alot)] economy[up(alot)] civil rights[down] moral decency[up*] Govt. Power(up)
*:This is because when around others, you have to smoke, and it's not a disgrace at the public but at the govt.
Choice:Another person comes up to you from nowhere saying, "Keep Cigarettes! In fact, keep all drugs! Say all drugs are legal, and that none of them are prescription! Than, anyone can do anything they want internally!
Effect:people are aloud to use any drug and prescriptions aren't needed
Effect: health[down(alot)] Happyness[up] economy[up] civil rights[up] moral decency[down(alot)] Govt. Power[(down)]
Choice:Finally, when you get back to your house, your newly elected (by you or elections) commernce leader @@RANDOMNAME@@ gives you another idea. "Lets make the Cigarette business more prosporus! Let's give them a free station on our televisions and allow them to run any programming they want, with one exception. They must have a smoker on each commercial and show. Than we tax Cigarettes."
Effect:people watch CTN (Cigarette Television Network) and than buy cigarettes
Effect: health[down] economy[up(alot)] moral decency [down] tax[up(2%)]

*I shall do this one later. Please comment on my other one. These are currently only drafts, and I will either post them myself, or give somebody the choice to do that. This is my first draft, and I shall have others. I've got a total of three in the works. Here's my other one.
