I have a question. I have come to the issue dealing with medical malpractice lawsuits.
Of the four options given, which one(s) will reduce the size ofthe government at my NationState?

I've always considered that question one of those that are pure poison to a nation however you choose, and so dismissed it whenever it came up, so I can't say for sure, but I imagine that fewer lawsuits would reduce the size of any judiciary and by extension the government behind it. That said, you might want to ask yourself if you really want physicians and others to feel free when it comes to cutting corners? If so, then go for it! If not, then you might want to just dismiss it and wait until a question you like better comes along.

I'd guess that the first option will do what you want.
The fourth seems like a step in the other direction.
Number 3 looks like it will mainly decrease economic freedoms.
And #2 is a curious little option.
