I want to send a issue about wether vigilanties should be allowed to opperate in a nation any Ideas

#1 option vigilanties have helped those in need and should be allowed to do everything they can to help the people and we should allow them and help them pay there bills. It might get expensive but thats what taxs are for

#2 vigilanties are all fine and danady until they ask for higher and higher wages. Make them pay their own bills, We aren't asking for there help

#3 get those crime in your own hands wearing freaks out of our town, Every day we lose millions of dollars in buildings and the heros expect us to fix it up. I say get out we got our police,

Given that vigilantes are outside the law, option one makes some sense but option two really doesn't -- as it stands, vigilantes are not paid, ergo they can't demand higher wages until they are paid.

Option three also is not very realistic as it stands... perhaps something to do with taking the law into one's own hands and possibility of property damage?
