Found this line on my nations page, kinda contradictory don't you think?

"Voting is voluntary, it is a crime to offend someone's religious beliefs, and voting is compulsory."

Voting is both voluntary AND compulsory... hmmm!

That's an automatic consequence of you apparently answering that issue differently on the two occasions when you've been presented with it so far: The 'nation page' automatically lists the specified effects for your last four answers to issues, and doesn't get edited by anybody... but as it only saves the four latest effects all you need to do is answer a couple more issues and the "Voting is voluntary," one will get dropped...
