back to the game with a new Nation and some things have changed a bit from what I remember.
now I'm working on a Concription Issue.
structur will be like this (I'll look at coding setup and Fluff as I close on my 500mill pop)
requiers: concription
Option 1: Stats Quo, same as dissmising Issue, concription is retained, fluff will contain warnings of effects of other two options.
Option 2: Alternative National service options, Civil Right minor improvement, Health & Welfare minor improvement, slight Budget Surplus, Economy minor destabilization (small increase in the next Economy effect, either way?), small decrease in Military but not law & order.
Option 3: Abolish Conscription, Civil Rights major improvement, significant Budget Surplus, Youth Un-employment increases, Youth Crime increases, Economy Major Destabilization (significant increase in the next Economy effect, either way?), significant decrease in Military but not Law & Order.
options 2 & 3 could lead to treeing along the lines of how to spend the surplus and deal with the De-Stabilized Economy with issues like Tax, Government Spending or Economic Development and Foreign Aid (Fluff?)
is this too ambitious for a first Issue, and if broken how?
