With the traffic congestion issue, where you get the option of introducing congestion charges or banning cars from city centres or something else-- I can't remember exactly what-- which option do you have to select to get this outcome:
the average commuter spends four hours a day driving to and from work
because I'm sure I selected banning cars from city centres-- I remember feeling smug about my great public transport-- and it doesn't sound like that's what I got.
This seems to have happened a couple of times before: I only have cars at all because I accidentally legalised them. Is something up or am I just getting sloppy???
