Is there ever a possibility of adding more choices to old issues? Just wondering because sometimes the ideal choice isn't there. For example, I got the cloning issue today. I could either ban all embryo research, or have the government support the research, but I couldn't just choose to let it continue without actively supporting it either.
Maybe that could be what dismissing the issue is, but dismissing it pretty much just makes for no change in my country, while making the conscious selection of "let it continue and leave it alone" would contribute towards the government being the hands-off and lasseiz-faire (sp) type I'm trying to create.
