Issue Name: Everyone wants Alcohol (will be changed)

Description: Some people start drinking Alcohol from as young as 12, so some people have asked for the age limit to be abolished.

[option]@@RANDOMNAME@@, who appears to be 15, barges into your office, drunk, shouting "You can't stop me from drinking! Why not get rid of your laws banning us from drinking! Are you too scared? Too bad!"
[effect] Wine and beer are popular among children, some drinking 9 pints a day.
[stats] Civil Rights increase, Economy increases, Health Falls, Happiness falls a small bit.

[option] In response, one of your government workers says: "Now is a great time to legalise recreational drugs to all! Get rid of any law that stops any 'recreational drug from being smoked, swallowed, or whatever, and let anyone have them! I'll have the Department of Health deal with seperating the recrational drugs from the medicine."
[effect] The streets are filled with drug dealers, but they don't break any law.
[stats] Civil Rights increase dramatically, tax goes up, health goes down, crime goes down, happiness goes up.

[option] The editor (@@RANDOMNAME@@) of a website called 'shutupandlistentomebecausetheyarewrong.org' has written: "People have no right to drink alcohol at all! It ruins peoples nights out, and some people wake up in jail after it. Ban alcohol! Support shutupandlistentomebecausetheyarewrong.org!
[effect] Wine experts leave the country after anti-alcohol laws.
[stats] Crime decreases, Happiness decreases dramatically.

[option] Another website shutup.org/shutupshutupandlistentomebecausetheyarewrong.org' simply states: "Keep the age limit! Make sure that under 18s can't get their hands on alcohol!"
[effect] Under 18s try and find illegal alcohol dealers, and fake IDs are common.
[stats] Crime increases.

I think you really need to go back and rework this issue.

Firstly there are already a lot of alcohol related issues already so you might want to change your theme. But in my opinion there should be an option by a shopkeeper helping the economy and get rid of the websites jibberish, it doesn't really make any sense and the options are too short.

Basically I would think through this issue more clearly and I would advise looking at previous issues for 'inspiration' on the options and the stickies by Sirocco.

It's my first one and I tried a different style of writing.

I'll get rid of the first option, rework the second one, completly rework the last two options and so on when I have time.

I thought the first option was actually the best.

I'd drop the second option altogether as it only deals with the issue at hand indirectly. The fourth option should be replaced, since dismissing the issue would have the same effect.

Would you keep the website idea then?

No comma in the effect section.

Probably not, no. I would advise doing a whole re-edit of the issue to generally improve it. Take a look at other issues to get a feel for the style.
