[validity] any nation with economy, environment, tourism industry
a pack of @@animal@@ attacked a group of mountaineering tourists:
[option] 'This cannot continue,' argues @@name@@, the minister of tourism, 'The ministry of environment takes up too much money, I say the animals be cloned or kept in zoos and safaris, and a raise of funds to promote our nation to holidaymakers'
effect: environmet falls, economy strengthens, tourism rises, patriotism may fall if animal is national
stats: economy improves one level, environment degrades
[option] These animals are part of the natural cycle in @@name@@ forest and @@nation name@@'s ecosystem and has been native to our land since jurassic ages. I say kick the tourists out and strengthen reforestation and environmental laws: @@name@@, leading radical environmentalist.
effect: rise in environment, fall in economy
stats: economy down one level, patriotism up one level, environment up two level
[option] @@name@@, CEO of @@name@@ industries, suggests, 'Hey, the @@name@@ forests have ample timber and many foreign nations are demanding fur and leather. Loosen poaching and environment laws, we will take care of the rest.'
effect and stats: net one level rise on economy (for fall in tourism), environment devastated, government becomes more corporate, patriotism and 'feel good factor' falls

This issue may be too similiar to "@@ANIMAL@@ on the Dinnertable?" (look it up in the Issue spoiler)

Uhmmm, this needs to be re-written. I didn't say deleted, just re-written.
Do you realize that @@NAME@@, @@NATIONNAME@@, @@RANDOMNAME@@, and @@MAJORINDUSTRY@@ are completely different?
And that [effect] is the text that appears in the third paragraph of your nation's description, whereas [stats] is only seen by the issue mods?
The issue description needs to be more descriptive.

[validity] any nation with economy, environment, tourism industry
Um all nationsd have an economy, an environment and tourism... what levels of these do you need to have this issue?
a pack of @@animal@@ attacked a group of mountaineering tourists:
Yeah.. This really needs to be more decriptive... something that involves people within the nation and how the issue has come to a national level.
Please check the sticky "How to right issues (and get them accepted)".
[option] is alright though you need to use @@RANDOMNAME@@
[effect] is how this needs to be formated and is a brief bit of text that is displayed on the nations main page, more details in the sticky I mentioned
[stats] is how the option will effect the nation in terms of numbers... does the government size increases, decreases, does the govt charge more tax or less? Does it make an industry better or worse? If it does not change something then you don't need to mention it. Though the Mods usually work this one out anyway
Once again, use @@RANDOMNAME@@ and I'd recommend re-organisinng this option. It's a tad bit confusing.
Also see note about effects and stats previously
[option] @@name@@, CEO of @@name@@ industries, suggests, 'Hey, the @@name@@ forests have ample timber and many foreign nations are demanding fur and leather. Loosen poaching and environment laws, we will take care of the rest.'
effect and stats: net one level rise on economy (for fall in tourism), environment devastated, government becomes more corporate, patriotism and 'feel good factor' falls
first @@name@@ should be @@RANDOMNAME@@, 2nd, you should probably make up the name of a company and include that in the issue rather than using the 2nd name. This should be a Woodchipping company, so make up a name to do with that. With this issue, focus on the "Hey if they don't have any place to live they won't bother us, ie natural cull" aspect rather than poaching.

well, i just realized that i cannot submit this anyways... to get to 500M pop it will take a good few months if not more... can anyone else, preferebly the ones who had already posted comments and advice on this topic, submit it under their name, and/or inform the mods that it was my idea?? i find this issue interesting, and would luv it if it made it to the game. if anyone does take on the reponsibility, please keep the essence of:
pro-tourism, strongly anti-animal in the first option
pro animal and environment, strongly against business (tourism)
third option being a cynical biznessman in favor of poaching and industry (maybe a lumbermill) and strongly anti-environment.
maybe a fourth option: suggesting opening gladiator vs animal type entertainment for tourists (the last extreme option)
effect line for one would be: a growing number of tourists visit the (ironic adjective here) safaris; and economy to grow (for stats)
for2) lush greenery now thrive in the former factories that have recently been shut down by the TREE resolution
for3) private sector led by poaching and/or furniture industry
for4) write down anything!!!

(I still think this issue is still too close to issues already out there)

Sorry Blakhole but even if it was accepted, which would take a long time. It would only be under the name of the submitter, it is not like a U.N resolution. Only one name can go under the issue.
