Hey I'm new to nationstates and i was wondering how long it will take my civil rights rating to go from good to unheard of because i want to have a huge dictatorship with no freedom watsoever.

If you choose the most oppressive option on every issue (there's nearly always one that lowers civil rights) then your CR will go qickly down, especially since good isn't that high up the scale to begin with.

Actually "outlawed" civil rights is lower than "unheard of."

Do issues that aren't visible in your nation's description still hold sway over your civil rights, economy or political freedoms rating?
If so, what if you get the same issue twice, but answer it differently the second time? Does it automatcally make the original decision null and void, or do both decisions hold the same impact?
