Greenbelt Issue

In the issue "Keep The Greenbelt Green, Say Protesters" can somebody list the positive and negative effects of the three choices for me? Or at least what would be best for a nation that wants to keep their economy up, but doesn't want civil rights to go down? Really don't care about political rights though.

I don't think any of the options would do that. However if you wanted to up economy but only decrease civil rights bit, I'd go for option 1.

I always dismiss this issue. this issue is just an attempt to create an issue based on a horrible song.
