Well.
There is an cannibal issue.

Could anyone do linked issue that allows you to make an cannibalistic death penalty.

Like the issue where you could bann cars
and later replace them with a monorail.

Also the issue about tansexuals demanding recognision was bad.
There was just no liberal option.
Just respect them or dispice them.
It was only about the feelings of the transexuals not
their rights or freedroms.

I had in a previous issue allowed people to marry their dogs
why would select a campaign to boost transexuals feeling.

Worthless issue.

Most of the issues have been around for months and some where here when the game started (before my time).

And no, there is no way to edit already made Issues, i suggest just dealing with them.




And for making issues, you have to be over a certain age limit (i think, don't quote me on this) to be able to submit issues. Although to get a better answer on this, i would wait for someone who is more knoledgable in this to answer you.
