I did a search and didn't turn up much on this. I have a powerhouse econ and no private sector. I was wondering what issues would help me regain my private sector.

Keep an eye out for issues that make you more capitalistic/private (in economic standards) and an issue called "A Capital Idea". When you get that one, choose Option 1.
EDIT: You have a nice economic rating and capitalism will help strengthen it, but I have seen a nation with a Frightening economy and no private industries. But if you wanna have private businesses then be my guest.
