The available choices, while covering a broad range of political ideoligies, really dissapointed me because it missed what is, atleast in the US, the original purpose behind the Supreme Court: Uphold the constitution.
With the exception of the last choice, which wasn't a nominee, everyone had political agendas they wanted to follow. It's against the purpose of the court to have people that will attempt to find ways to interpret the consitution (or appropriate object) to fit their agenda, the purpose of the Justices is to simply find the way in which the constitution applies, without applying their own agendas.
The last choice doesn't work either because you can rarely trust your populace to realize such a fine point, and vote with that in mind.
