In option 3 of the issue Blood Banks Running Dry, in option 3 the patient statesIf you're worried about funding just get it from those religious nuts...There are 2 possible interpretations that I can see from this.
1. Put a special tax on churches/religions
2. Shift funding from the Religion & Spirituality department
The wording makes interpretation 1 seems a bit more likely. But since there is already an issue about whether churches should be taxed or not, it doesn't seem as likely to duplicate that here. There is also the possibility that the issue does both interpretations.
Whether I chose option 3 or not will depend on which interpretation is correct. Does anyone know which one is correct?
