The Bikini Factor
Ogletree

According to Cyrill Pankow, current Chancellor of Ogletree, there have been debates over women in bikiniwear stating it's good for the morale of the populace. Yet a handful of people that work for The Masterminds Opposing Pron (MOP), under the leadership of its founder, ordained minsister Reverend Louis Lane, call foul over bikinied women as indecent, given they way they're exploited in bikini aerobic shows, contests and whatnot. So overall, can bikini babes do more bad than good? Can they be the morale booster Ogletree's poplation is badly missing or can it do the reverse effect? Only time will tell.....
This doesn't seem to be an issue, so I think it ought to go in NationStates.

Sounds like it could be... edited into an issue. Something like below. Of course, Ogletree would get the credit, all I did was modify it into a more issue-looking format.
@@NAME@@ decides:
The Bikini Factor
The Issue
Controversy sparked by the gratuitous appearance of women in bikinis in advertisements and contests of various sorts has reached a flashpoint.
The Debate
1. Masterminds Opposing Porn leader @@RANDOMNAME@@ cries foul. "The appearance of these young women in next to nothing, enticing our youth to an eternity in Hell for their lust must stop here! The bikini should be banned!"
Results: One-piece suited girls are common on @@NAME@@'s beaches
Stats: Civil freedoms down, happiness down
2. @@RANDOMNAME@@, a local nudist, holds an opposing view. "It is a well-known fact that animals run around naked all the time and it's not like they're boffing everything in sight. These clergy need to be stripped naked and paraded to prove our point."
Results: Over-religious activists are routinely publicly humiliated
Stats: Political freedoms down, religion and spirituality funding down
3. Tanned beach goddess @@RANDOMNAME@@ looks up from behind her sunglasses. "I don't see what all the fuss is about. Both sides need to take a step back, relax, and enjoy the... scenery," she says, puffing out her chest.
Results: Beautiful young women in bikinis grace @@NAME@@'s civic life
Stats: Happiness up, economy up (sex sells)
The Government Position
The government has indicated its intentions to follow the recommendations of Option 2.
If you wish, you may simply dismiss this issue.
I'm pretty sure the variable is @@NAME@@, not @@NATIONNAME@@.
Otherwise, looks good.

Stats of the nation, actually, those affect things like civil / political / economic ratings, rankings in the daily rankings of nations (where you get, say, 1,337th in the world for Happiest Citizens), things like that.
Results are the terms that appear in your NS Nation page when you log in when you accept a certain position on an issue.
