College students should not sell their kidneys for tuition. For countries with a certain "human resource" level, where the level of education is such that complex economic agreements can exist, students should be able to take "Organ Loans".

Here, students take a loan at a certain interest rate, with their own disposable organs as collateral. For example, a kidney would be worth so and so (but of course, worth less than just donating a kidney straightly), and a liver chunk would be worth so and so. Bone marrow, whatever.

Not really, I think he is refering to an issue in the game, one having to do with the education sector. This would probably be best in Gameplay.

The issue was one of Max Barry's first 30... Allowing people to sell organs while they are still alive, or not... or something else... can't remember the three options... but anyway.. selling kidney's would be seen as an easy way for students to get money.... don't consider the fact that problems with their other kidney would result
