I finally got the "Buy a Better Baby?" Issue.
With my superior army I can defeat all my citizens and start up glatatorial exhibitions in around 15-20 years.
Maybe sooner if I can engineer their ageing processes.
Another thing, since there is no war why is there all these national security issues? Do you think my lack of military spending may bite me in the ass if and when the War option is possible? :gundge:
