I seem to have all the issues several times now, and am wondering if it is possible more could be written? Is there any way, me, an ordinary citizen can right an issue?

This thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=421198) answers your question: yes, you can write issues. You can submit them once you get to 500 million population - although there's no guarantee it'll be accepted. Here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=338362) are sirocco's useful tips on how to write a better issue.
If you have an issue idea, it's worth first checking the list of issues to check there isn't already one like it, and then posting a draft here, where fellow NSers and mods can offer opinions on improving it.
