Okay, I got this issue, it talks about how children as young as 8 going to the casinos. I can either totally outlaw gambling or leave it alone. I would outlaw it, following Spartan discipline, but gambling is the biggest industry in my economy.

Should I follow the Spartan discipline, and totally outlaw gambling, or the will of the rich corporations, and what's best for my economy, and let everyone gamble?

I think the question not is so black/white you can say Its only everybody has right to gambling or no one.

I think you shall have a age limit. When you are adult you have the right not when you are a children.

There is no option for age limit. I didn't like that either.

Sometimes you are forced to make stark decisions. In this case though there are later issues that allow more leniency, so be patient. Although it's annoying only having two such polar options now - plus of course the option of dismissal - there will be opportunities later to adopt a more graduated approach. This is the case with several areas of issue legislation.

Make it illegal, and you should sometime get a new issue, and then you can either keep it banned (me), or you can do afew other options.
