I know I'm not much help not knowing the issue # and all but last week I passed a law that all kids must be schooled at home by their parents... now this week I got an issue to decide weather kids have to wear uniforms to school.
Shouldn't the school thing work like banning Cars... where you don't get traffic issues anymore if you ban cars?
