i know this may be frowned upon, but i have a right to speak, as well as a point to make. i'm not entirely sure how the issues are run, but i've noteiced that some of the issues have been mocking, and sometimes making my religion look Exactly like it isn't, and i kno it may be hard to moderate this, and it may be the "political" opinion, but we need to give more insight into what content is exactly entering into the issues

This entire game/forum is an advertisement for the book, Jennifer Government. The reason that the issues are so extreme and full of satire, is to mimic the satire used in the book. If you were to look at all of the issues, and how they are worded, you'll realize that the purpose of these issues is to mock government, rather than try and be serious issues.

Sometimes the effects don't make sense, like the one where you pay for everyone's tuition, including the total morons, and it says that education is wonderful.

There are always secret effects to throw you off. That's mostly why no one has ever attempted to put together a list of what each issue does to your nation, because those people attempting to do so would get most of the issue effects wrong.

That is the satire of NationStates. :)

As stated above, it's satire. No one's trying to belittle you or your religion, it's just humorous.

The issues are just part of the game. They're not going anywhere or getting changed.
