Teen Transit Tickets?

Teenagers from all over the country are protesting the adult fares they have to pay while being denied other adult rights.

[option] "Let's face it, teenagers aren't adults!" cries @@RANDOMNAME@@, a spokesperson for the group. "They aren't mature, responsible individuals -- well not all of them anyway -- and as such shouldn't be forced to pay the same amount as their parents. We should allow @@NAME@@'s youth to pay lower fares. Who cares if some corrupt government officials don't get to line their pockets with cash! And while we're here we should lower all fare prices throughout the country, it's costing a fortune to use mass transit as it is."
[effect] lower ticket prices throughout the country have led to a shortage of government funds
[stats] government size decreases, government spending decreases, happiness increases, civil rights increase, political freedoms increase, economy decreases, economic freedom increases

[option] "Nonsense!" scoffs Minister of Transportation @@RANDOMNAME@@. "Don't these people realize we can't lower teenage fares? As it is they pay us a huge portion of the money we legitimately make! If we didn't have their funds we wouldn't be able to spend money on all that fancy education and welfare the people want! They voted for us, didn't they? In fact I think we should make everyone pay flat mass transit rates. Hey, it's that or raising taxes."
[effect] everyone must pay the same high rates for using @@NAME@@'s transportation system
[stats] government size increases, government spending increases, happiness decreases, civil rights decrease, economic freedom decreases, political freedom decreases

[option] "Hey, man, there is another choice," says teenager @@RANDOMNAME@@. "I mean, we have to pay like adults, but we don't get to do stuff that adults get to do, like vote, buy alcohol, and enlist in the army. So why don't you, like, if you don't want to lose all that money from lowering fares, let us vote and…you know, other things adults get to do, too? That would be totally cool, man, and it would benefit the economy and…stuff like that. You know?"
[effect] twelve-year-olds have been seen purchasing tobacco
[stats] happiness increases, civil rights increase, economy increases, economic freedom increases, political freedom increases, rudeness increases, intelligence decreases, drug abuse increases, apathy increases

[option] "Fares? What ridiculous nonsense!" scoffs noted socialist @@RANDOMNAME@@. "Abolish the things altogether! Subsidize all of @@NAME@@'s mass transit system! Why make people pay for something they need anyway?"
[effect] @@NAME@@'s mass transit system is completely owned and run by the government
[stats] government size increases, government spending increases, economy decreases, economic freedom decreases, civil rights increase, happiness increases, public transport spending increases

Comment, you know the drill.
