Issue Stats

Can you make a difference between ... increases, greatly increases, or slightly increases (or decreases)?
Also, by the by, is corruption a stat?

I wouldn't worry about stats. The issue editor will sort everything out in that regard. The [stats] option's only really there if you want to let us know that you want a particular option to go in a particular direction.

Well, ok... I know this has been argued to death in the past, but you really should make it easier to submit issues. Designing a decent issue and the structure to go with is a lot of work, and if a person is willing to make this effort, the issue will probably at least make some sense, no? I've got a nice issue here, and now I have to wait over 2 months to submit it, or submit on the board and worry about someone else stealing it.

you really should make it easier to submit issues. There are 180+ issues in current circulation, and they cover a huge amount of territory. New issues need to be different enough to make it them worth the effort of editing into the game. Every selected issue takes quite a bit of time to fine-tune, idiot-proof, and make it make sense for both 5 million and 5 billion nations, and everything in-between.

While it may seem an unreasonable penalty to force you to wait three months before being able to submit issues, consider the alternative. If any brand new nation could submit issues, they would ... in droves. That massively increases the issue editors' workload without a corresponding increase in issue quality. Take a look at the typical mess in the UN proposal queue, if you want to see what such a system would look like to us.

Consider the 500 million mark your apprenticeship in this game. If you're willing to commit a measly 3 months to playing this game (which technically could be done in a total of 2 website visits), then and only then can you make suggestions that would improve it.
