You should probably read this sticky on how to write an issue in the correct format: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=338362

You won't be able to submit an issue until your population is 500 million. To submit an issue, you need to click the "Issues" link on the left part of your screen. You will then see all of the issues that are waiting to be answered, or issues that have been answered and are pending an update. After that, there will be a link at the bottom of the page that says "Want to contribute an Issue to NationStates? Do it here!"

Here's the link: http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/87345/page=submit_issue

Post the entire issue BEFORE you submit, Allers. You might be pleasantly surprised at the feedback that could help you make it better.

Oh, I know. I looked at his/her nation before I posted, but I just included that for extra knowledge, so that he/she could feel special that they are above 500 million. :p

Looks pretty decent! However, how about changing 'the mortality rate has rocketed as no-one no longer seems to care' to 'the mortality rate has rocketed as no-one seems to care anymore'?

I'd add a quote from the Minister of Finance:

something like "If we give everyone free health care, that will be one more excuse for people to be lazy and not work," bellows Fed Chair William Dollarsign. "Our country cannot afford to pay for the loss of production, due to massive unemployment increases, that this free health care sham would lead to!"
