The media report that thugs shot at each other for unknown reasons for several days in a large ghetto in Paynim, resulting in the death of a five year old, while police did nothing.

I think you need to balance it out a bit. The first two are all right, I think. The military option should severely decrease or virtually eliminate crime and improve the arms manufacturing sector or something positive like that. The neo-nazi option is funny but kind of useless unless you run a Psychotic Dictatorship.

This seems like a civil rights issue to me, none of the options should be affecting the economy because you can't really tell from any of the options that it would.

I like the way they are written, especially the military one.

They should affect the economy, because the crime rate would affect it. The disruption caused by martial law, however, would decrease it. I did remove it from the last option.

well for the sake of gameplay, most of the law & order issues don't affect the economy. But I guess having seen the issue i'll know what to do...
