Get These Vagrants Off The Streets

The problem of the homeless sleeping in doorways and under bridges in @@NAME@@ has grown to such an extent that citizens are demanding action to clean up the streets.

This is my first attempt at writing an issue and I'm sure its full of mistakes and things I've missed :D.

I did check the list of issues and couldn't find any others on this subject though a couple did touch on it, they were focused on something different.

If anyone has any advice on how to improve this I'd appreciate it :).

Thats because I aren't really sure about them and according to this post in one of the stickies (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=6530478&postcount=3) I don't need to put them in unless I want to.

I also aren't sure of the validity though I think this would apply to all nations.

Speaking as a right wing nation, it would probably apply to me as i am sure that as a capitalist paradise i have many vagrants on the streets as they are not looked after by a massive welfare state, i think it is a good idea for an issue

That sounds logical. So I should aim this at any nation that doesn't have welfare programs in place?
Am still a bit confused about what exactly to write when I submit this (under my main nation which has a population big enough). If anyone can give me a clue what is expected I'd appreciate it.

Have also just reread the stickies and noticed the bit about not putting in "kill all blanks" so wonder if option 3 is legal. If not I do have an alternative which I nearly added as a 4th option but decided to omit to keep things less confusing.

Aside of punctuation, it's pretty good! Better spelling than some I've seen...

I had trouble with the quotes. Was trying to get straight ones but those curved ones came out when I copied/pasted from word. They're fixed now :).

Did you ever stop and think that some of them do look for jobs and oh yeah if they had a goddam house they sleep in it, you have have compassion. For example have a special welfare service which helps poor people back on their feet and then leaves. You know like a 2 year program and also many of these people are vets and or are mentally inept.

We are intrigued by the third option, but wouldn't it be more palatable to turn hunting the homeless into a popular televised game show? Perhaps make it a league sport, with corporate sponsors to defer the cost to the networks?

Fine, if people are going to take this part of the game so seriously and flame me over an issue that is supposed to be way out and quirky then its scrapped. I don't need this crap from anyone. By the way, I'm a dudette.

Ok, I've calmed down now and taken advice from a region mate on our offsite forum not to listen to people who can't tell the difference between the Issues forum and General ;).

I've decided to submit this with the third option as is, because no-one has posted and told me its illegal, which I'm sure someone would have if it is. Thanks to all who helped me with this :).
